Description
Alc.12.5% – RS 2.2 g/l – pH 3.37 – TA 5.3 g/l
Grapes grown on the Schist soils of the Kasteelberg. Whole-bunch pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrel for 10 months on the fine lees prior to bottling. A very limited production of only 520 bottles.
